Purpose Kids Academy (PKA) is located in Des Moines within a safe residential area close to downtown, Drake University, I 235 and Hickman. We are conveniently positioned off of University Avenue, a short drive for parents who work downtown or are completing their education at a local college.
Purpose Kids Academy is a state licensed child care center. We operate like a school, providing developmental activities for infants, toddlers and school age kids.
We pride ourselves on being the daycare alternative, where your child will learn age-appropriately, eat nutritiously and have fun at the same time. A low student teacher ratio is how we are able to motivate your child to actively learn.

Purpose Kids Academy is a non profit organization, meaning your tuition goes right back into strengthening your community. We support and have partnered with other non profits as well as local churches.
Our ultimate goal is to help kids discover their purpose and we do this by providing a safe environment for children to learn and have fun.
